It has a brown color with a thick creamy beige head. The aroma is pronounced smokiness. There is a smoky flavor balanced by roasted malt and a mild bitterness from locally grown Cascade hops from Avery Binds and Twines. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Quite quaffable.
